Github Release Pipeline Version Number Automation

Currently code has hard coded version numbers inside, this might be an issue for when we have multiple collaborators and PR Requests.

We need to change the flow so that insertion of version numbers is done through GitHub tags properly. Right now this is in place for half the items but not the rest.

Also within this flow, we should have the release notes go into the feedback Change Log section as a workflow activated upon releases.
