Improvement: Add subject to mailto button

Yes so when they click the email button, instead of it just being a new email without a subject, it would have a subject that can create a chain/intregrated with CRM. It would incude the customers instance ID so you'd be able to lookup their instance if they email from an account other than the one they used to sign up and the entropy string creates a new "email chain" each time they click the button
