Built-in Package Caching Capability

This might be outside the scope of the project, but it would be really cool if the project had a built-in apt (or alt) cache. With multiple similar machines, they all need the same patches pushed out. With a built in apt-cache, this could serve the patches to all machines directly.

I understand that it may be outside the intended scope, but I just thought I would throw it out there. Thanks for the cool resource either way!
