Alerts for Security Patches / Package Updates

I think it would be a cool feature to have alerts if any host has changed it status from 0 to X Security Patches / Packages to be updated.

Like Slack webhooks, Discord webhooks/bot integration or a custom webhook/api call where a third party can alert with their custom script, like create a ticket in their ticket system.

Can be a combined with https://github.com/PatchMon/PatchMon/issues/15
