Move account info from bottom of left sidebar to right of sticky/floating navigation bar

This is also related to the issue I raised on https://github.com/PatchMon/PatchMon/issues/567 about UX.

As you can see, the Links and the icons take up a lot of screen estate and mean plenty of scrolling the left sidebar. Not great UX-wise. Ideally, these would be unobtrusive after moving the account info to the right of the sticky/floating navigation bar in place of the not-too-useful social icons.
