Check held apt packages and show this in UI

Detailed description

Currently when looking at packages listing, there's no difference between actually up to date package and one that has been put to hold (but actually does have an update), they both show up as "Up to date" in the listing. Would be useful to show some kind of indicator if package is considered up to date because it is on hold.

Why is this useful?

I know this isn't necessarily a common thing and hold is there probably for a good reason, but having such indicator would give better understanding if something should be updated regardless. Current behaviour could give a false sense of security although there is actually a major security update pending.
