Briefly describe the feature

Allow restricting users to specific hosts or host groups.

Detailed description

Patchmon should support assigning users access only to selected hosts and/or host groups. This would make it possible to delegate patch monitoring or maintenance responsibilities without granting visibility or control over the entire environment.

Ideally, permissions could be managed per user and support both individual hosts and host groups. Users without permission for a host should not see it in dashboards, reports, search results, or patch-related actions.

Why is this useful?

Example use cases:

A customer/user should only see their own servers.
A team should only manage hosts from a specific department or location.
External service providers should only access assigned systems.
Admins should retain full access, while regular users are limited by host or host-group permissions.
