Allow different or additional commands aside from apt update, apt upgrade

Detailed description

Was wondering if there could be a way to do more than just apt update and apt upgrade for certain hosts.

Why is this useful?

Some apps may have different update paths for updating that apt update/upgrade may not cover. Like Pi-Hole uses pihole -up Also applications installed via Proxmox community scripts now offer an update command that does the apt update/upgrade in addition to pulling the latest image for the service.
