Timezone in user configuration

Detailed description

It would be helpful if you could configure the timezone in user configuration within the web portal. Especially if users are working in different timezones.

Why is this useful?

1. It would help users in multiple timezones and allow them to choose their preference (e.g. UTC or local).
2. Not being restricted to the .env configuration for timezone.
3. Not having to configure the timezone server side in the .env file.
