Docker container version tracking and update detection

  • Show if a host contains docker.

  • Show the containers and the current versions.

  • Check if there are updates available

  • Ideally show the changelogs from Github from the version that is currently running up to the new version.

  • If you can indicate if there are words like "Breaking Change" or "Manual Action" that may be required for upgrades based on the changelogs.

Hello 🙂 How is this feature going? I ask, because the docker feature in patchmon is there, with beta, but it says "Up to date" at the container even, if there where updates. Would it be better, to disable this label so long, the feature is full update detection able?

Yes absolutely - This is definitely on the roadmap soon. I will try working more on this.
