Docker container version tracking and update detection

• Show if a host contains docker.

• Show the containers and the current versions.

• Check if there are updates available

• Ideally show the changelogs from Github from the version that is currently running up to the new version.

• If you can indicate if there are words like "Breaking Change" or "Manual Action" that may be required for upgrades based on the changelogs.
