Docker Swarm awareness in the Docker integration

We are just starting to test Patchmon. We noticed the docker monitor is not swarm mode aware.

What we observed first off is that Patchmon is watching containers. This makes sense in a Docker standard as stopping containers should not really happen. In Swarm, by the nature of it, containers are stopped and started all the time — not for issues but by design. This leads to a long list of stopped containers in Patchmon, sort of showing an issue where there is not one.

As Iby mentioned, this feature might need to become also multi node and service aware (we only pointed it at a single node swarm to test so far).

Swarm is now slated to stay until 2030 within Docker, so depending on effort involved this could be a nice update for the docker integration.
