Add option to reconfigure installed agents

Sometimes we need replace some parameters on agent. Eg. change http to https, or replace IP to domain name.

We can do it in config file, but with many clients this is not trivial.

I know, we can make mistake and all clients can disconnect. Dangerous option, but after test new settings on one machine can make great work.
