Windows Client - uninstall apps

Sometimes we have outdated app which we not need now. Maybye worth add app list with Uninstall switch fetched from uninstall registry + silent option? I know - silent not always work, but msi package does. In corporate environment a lot software is installed by gpo, ant this is almost always msi packages.
