OpenSCAP: choose any profile in the content, or a tailored profile, per host

PatchMon lets you set a default compliance profile per host from the profiles it offers.

Request: list every profile available in the host's SCAP content and allow choosing any of them, plus support for a tailored or custom XCCDF profile per host. This also helps distributions PatchMon doesn't map automatically, such as Debian testing.
